These terms govern your use of Flowly Academy, operated by Flowly Ltd. By creating an account or paying for the course you agree to them.

The course

The Content Production System is a digital course with community access. After payment you receive lifetime access to the materials available at the time of purchase and to future updates we choose to add. We may change, add, or retire individual lessons.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your login safe. Access is for you personally. You may not share login details or copy course videos or files for others. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms other members.

Payment

Enrolment is a one-time payment in pounds sterling, taken by Stripe. Prices on the homepage include the amount due at checkout. Access is granted once payment has cleared and you have created your account.

Refunds

The 14-day money-back guarantee is set out on the refund policy page.

Liability

The course is educational. Results depend on how you apply it. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you another forum.
