Flowly Ltd ("we", "us") operates Flowly Academy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, enrol, or use the classroom.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and password (held by our authentication provider). If you pay for the course we also receive payment details through Stripe. We never see your full card number. We may also keep messages you send us through the contact form, and classroom activity such as lesson progress, posts, and comments.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the course and community, take payment, send account emails you have opted into, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We use trusted processors to run the academy, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for hosting and authentication, and our email provider for transactional mail. They only receive what they need to do that job.

How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase records for as long as you have access, and for as long as we must retain them for tax or legal reasons after that.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EEA you can ask for a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion, and you can object to certain processing. Contact us through the contact page. You can also complain to the ICO.
