Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email us through the contact page and we will refund you in full. No forms, no questions.

How to ask

Use the same email address you paid with and include your order date if you have it. We refund to the original payment method through Stripe.

After 14 days

After the guarantee window, purchases are not refundable except where we are required to refund you by law.

Access

When a refund is issued we remove classroom access for that account. Invite-only accounts that were never charged are not part of this policy.
